We are not a marketplace and we are not a faceless catalogue — every product on our site is hand-picked by us, and a real person reads every email that comes in. Our aim is simple: thoughtful pieces at fair prices, delivered with honesty about what you are buying and when it will arrive.

Each product page states honest dispatch and delivery times, and every order ships tracked so you always know where it is. Where an item ships from further afield, we say so plainly rather than promise speed we cannot keep.
